Materials for your use at the Orange County Public Library Branches

Books (fiction and non-fiction) are a library's staple. Among other material available at most branches are:

  • newspapers,
  • magazines, large print books,
  • telephone books,
  • government documents
  • audio visual materials:
    • compact discs (CDs).
    • Digital Video Discs (DVDs)
    • cassettes,
    • videocassettes,
    • talking books (available for the visually and physically disabled at some branches),
    • "Books on Tape,”
Special Services
  • The Reading Edge for the visually impaired (Westminster Branch, 714-893-5057).
Specific branches have special subject collections such as:
  • music scores
  • consumer health
  • Cookbooks
  • genealogy
  • collections In Chinese Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish and Farsi languages.
