The library is located at the corner of Cabriole and Rue de Fortuna just off Bake north of Portola Parkway.

The nearly 13,000 square foot library that cost over $6.3 million to build is OCPL’s 31st branch library. The library has a collection of 55,000 books and features a children’s story tower, young adult section, literacy room, Friends of the Library used bookstore, and a quiet study area. It also has a 2,000 square foot community room the City of Lake Forest and the County pitched in to have added to the originally planned 10,000 square foot library structure.

The library was designed by Robert Coffee Associates & Architects and planned by the Foothill Ranch Company.
