THE COSTA MESA/Donald Dungan BRANCH IS A UNITED STATES PASSPORT ACCEPTANCE FACILITY
- Apply for or renew your passport at the Costa Mesa/Donald Dungan Library.
- Passport hours are: Monday-Wednesday, 3:00 PM-7:00 PM
Saturdays by appointment, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
- Passport photos are also available for purchase during passport office hours.
- The passport office does not handle visa applications.
- Our reference staff will be happy to answer questions about forms, fees, necessary documents, time needed to process the application, special requirements for children under 16 years of age, and any other passport questions. Call the library at 949-646-8845 and ask for the reference desk.

Becoming a Friend of the Library:
The three Costa Mesa Libraries have a single Friends group which supports them all. Revenue comes from book sales, a used bookstore at the Costa Mesa/Donald Dungan branch, and new used bookstore located in the parking lot at Mesa Verde. You may join the Friends of the Costa Mesa Libraries by filling out an application available at either branch. Volunteers are always need. Please call 714-438-0517 for more details.
