This facility is located in the lobby of the Laguna Woods City Hall. The branch is attended from 10:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. During those hours, you can register for a library card, pick up or return materials, pay library fines and fees, and receive assistance using computers to search for information.

Computers with access to the Library materials catalog (1) and the Internet (4 workstations that also have Microsoft Word and Excel) are available the hours City Hall is open, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and can be used without assistance from 8:00 am - 10:00 am, and 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Those needing assistance when the Laguna Woods facility is not attended are encouraged to visit the full-service El Toro Branch Library at 24672 Raymond Way in Lake Forest, (949) 855-8173, which is open:

• Monday-Thursday, 10am-9pm,
• Friday-Saturday 10am-5pm,
• Sunday 12 noon-5pm.
